A vehicle is anything you hold records against — one registration, one inspection history, one set of round and weighbridge records. The licence covers 50 of them, with unlimited users, rounds and records inside those.

Vehicles beyond the included 50 are £65 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date — so putting a vehicle on the road in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. A transfer note is only reliable if the crew who moved the waste recorded it, and charging per head is how the paperwork ends up being reconstructed at a desk on Friday.

No — prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate at checkout.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — transfer notes, consignment notes, round records and their evidence. Duty of care paperwork has a statutory retention period you are responsible for meeting, so export produces a complete copy rather than a summary.
